Turnaround guarantee

Every Arceus review carries a guaranteed turnaround window. We put our fee behind the commitment.

Business hours

Turnaround is measured in business hours:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM US Pacific Time

Evenings, weekends, and overnight hours do not count toward the guarantee. Our reviewers often work outside business hours to move your deals forward. The guarantee clock reflects business hours so you have a clear, predictable window for planning.

How the clock works

The turnaround clock starts when your contract is actively under review: after you Approve the estimate and Waiting on shows Arceus (your reviewer is working).

The clock pauses when the review is delivered to you. It resumes when you send a revised document back and approve the estimate for the next round. Time remaining carries over across rounds on the same contract.

Your turnaround window

Your specific window is set during the estimate step for each review round. Standard commercial reviews commonly carry an eight-business-hour window. Larger or more complex engagements may carry a longer window, quoted upfront before you approve.

You see time remaining on your dashboard at all times.

Example

You approve an estimate at 3:00 PM Pacific on Thursday for an eight-business-hour SLA.

  • Thursday 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM: 3 business hours used
  • Thursday evening and Friday before 8 AM: clock paused
  • Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM: 5 business hours used (total 8)
  • Deadline: Friday 1:00 PM Pacific

If the review is not delivered by Friday 1:00 PM Pacific, the cycle is free.

If we miss the deadline

If the turnaround window expires before your review is delivered, the review cycle is free. The charge is waived. You still receive the full review. We absorb the cost because we missed our commitment.

Planning your pipeline

Because turnaround is measured in business hours and quoted before work begins, your deal team can plan close dates against legal capacity with the same confidence you plan against any other reliable input in your GTM stack.

Holidays

Weekday holidays currently count as business hours in the system. This may change in the future. Your account team will communicate any policy updates.

The guarantee in one line

The legal partner that does not go back on its word. It is free if we miss our guarantees.
